Market Recovery / Stabilization Program   

As per the Letter of Understanding (LOU) 110, this program is 100% totally owned and funded by Local 95; however, MIAO participates as a record keeper only and therefore as no part in the decision making, that is, whether to grant a subsidy on any particular job or to any particular contractor.
