The affairs of the Association shall be managed by a Board of Directors, each of whom at the time of his or her election, or within ten days thereafter and throughout his or her term of office, shall be an accredited representative appointed by an Active Member of the Association. The Board of Directors will be made up of two directors representing Regional Council #6 (Toronto) and one director representing each of the other Regional Councils. The immediate Past President is entitled to serve an additional year as director, not representing a Regional Council. Each director is elected for a term of two years. The director term begins upon election at an Annual Meeting. One half of the director terms shall expire at each Annual Meeting.
